Group Fitness is a range of classes that have been developed to give you a workout with a group of people in a fun and motivational environment.  Your instructor will provide you with the moves and music and you just need to provide the energy.
We are wanting to provide you with the full exercise environment, mixing up the motivation of Group Fitness with the specific training of Gym Programs.  You can get involved in this through our weekly memberships or our concession cards, check out our membership page for details.
